Taylor Swift took fans by surprise on Thursday (April 25), stopping by the giant butterfly mural she had painted in Nashville to reveal it held clues to her new music.

“OK, so we’ve commissioned this butterfly mural to be painted on a wall in Nashville,” Swift said on her Instagram stories, “and put clues about the song and the new music in the mural. So I’m gonna go show up.” During the surprise appearance, Swift posed for selfies, signed autographs and urged fans to tune into ABC's airing of the NFL draft on Thursday night for another clue.

Located in Nashville’s upscale Gulch neighborhood, the vibrant street art was painted by artist Kelsey Montague and features massive, multi-colored butterfly wings against a light pink backdrop, with the bold expression “ME!” in the center.

What exact clues are held within the painting could be any eagle-eyed Swifty’s guess, though the wings contain a wide variety of hearts, stars, rainbows, cats and more. For the past two weeks, the superstar has been dropping pastel-hued hints about her new music, beginning with a cryptic countdown clock set to go off at midnight tonight. Check out Swift posing with the mural below.
