Melissa Etheridge announced the release of her new album, The Medicine Show, on Tuesday (Feb. 12). Etheridge has also announced a tour that will run from March through May.

The album will be the singer’s 15th studio recording, and is set to for an April 12 release.

“Calling the album ‘The Medicine Show’ puts straight up, front and center, that this about health, wellness, cannabis, this new thought, new paradigm, however you want to talk about it, however you want to understand it,” Etheridge said in a statement. “We’re not afraid of this anymore. We’ve come a long way.”

Tracks on the album include “Here Comes the Pain,” which takes a personal approach to the opioid crisis and “Last Hello,” a song dedicated to the survivors of the Parkland school shootings.
